I followed the manual. Also the Olympus web page isn't any help. It says all I have to do is put the 2sec or 12sec and place it down and what for the light. Nothing ever happens. HELP
when you set the timer, the circle should stay on the screen notifying you that it's on timer mode. what happens when you push the shutter release?
and does it take normal pictures?
what might be happening is that you are mistaking the selected highlight for the non -selected highlight. try setting it on 2sec, 12 sec, and off. see which of them works.
I am planning on going from film to digital photography.I have decided to purchase an Olympus EVOLT E-410 with the
EV 500 for a backup. I am not able to spend a bunch of money right now. This outfit – the (Olympus EVOLT E-410) seemed economical for $1,000 and comes with 2 lenses a flash and a few other accessories. Just wondering if I made a good decision? Thanks!!
I've never been a big fan of oly gear. but if it works for you, then go for it.
I went Nikon, but I really wanted the Konica-Minolta 5D…but since they are no longer in the camera business, my choice was made easier.
My second choice would be Canon, followed by Pentax.
