IS this camera good/bad??
Is it worth $400 with the lens???
This is a good starter camera but you can only go so far with it. The availibitly of lens is terrible and you might be better with a Nikon or Canon.

Maybe … it will depend upon the condition of the camera, lens and battery as well as the number and size of the CF memory cards come with it

Well I just ordered an Evolt E-330 from thecamerastore.com for about 400$ today so unfortunetely I can't tell you my experince with it yet, but I would do alot of research on the camera. That is what I did. Some things that intrigued me about it was the fact it has a live view option, the first ever SLR to have this feature. Something I would miss because I use it all the time. Another thing is that it doesn't collect dust on the lens which saves you a hassle. I liked going to flickr.com and checking out what kind photos this camera took. You just go to "search by camera" find the e330 and have a look, I was ipressed. You can also find numerous sites with reviews and sample images. The only downfall like some of the others said is the lens compatibility with this camera. Only 4/3 Lenses will fit and there isn't a huge selection. Also with the live view feature, batterylife is cut in half so a spare battery will be useful, i believe it is a lithium ion.. somthing like that so you are looking at about 40$
Hope this helps a little
